I lead projects from the owner's side — the single accountable person protecting your design intent, budget and programme from first concept to handover. I speak both languages, design and construction, and for foreign investors building in Portugal I bridge teams, trades and regulations in six working languages.
Strategic Design
Strategic design is the thread through everything I do — one concept expressed across branding, space, graphics, lighting and delivery, so a project reads as a single idea rather than a stack of disciplines. I've integrated generative AI into that process since 2023.
